Krua Fried Rice

For a lot of Asians, food is not as enjoyable if not taken with rice. This is Krua Fried Rice, which you can enjoy at Krua Thai in Davao, Cebu and Manila.

Bibimbap @ Sigol Bap Sang

This is one Korean dish that I now love! Bibimbap is basically a rice dish with lots of different vegetables, and egg. Sigol Bap Sang serves it with sesame oil and a red bean paste that makes it spicy — mix in as much as you like!

Deep-Fried Dayana

Side of ham? Grilled pork? Nope. This is deep-fried dayana, a kind of large fish. I don’t know what it’s called in English, though… Lovely and rich meat, but it’s not exactly available in the markets at all times.
