Ca Nuong

One of my favorite and healthy foods when I dine Vietnamese is Cha Nuong — glass noodles, vegetables (cabbage? lettuce?), some grilled pork or beef — or in this picture, shrimp –, mint, all wrapped in rice paper. In Davao City, enjoy it at Hanoi Vietnamese Cuisine.

Cha Gio

Cha Gio, Vietnamese cuisine’s very own fried spring rolls.

Tom Yum Goong

Spicy the way I love food, the Tom Yum Goong at Nha Trang Vietnamese Restaurant comes highly recommended. This restaurant in Davao City doesn’t look much from the outside, but don’t be fooled by appearances. Their food is authentic Vietnamese and they don’t scrimp on ingredients.
